I won’t be back to the market!


We are still selling beef from the farm for awhile. We have ribeye, NY Strip, filet, flap, flat iron, skirt, flank, ground beef, short ribs, brisket, soup bones, boneless chuck, hot dogs.

Please call or text me at 704.293.1777 to make an appt to pick up beef. We’re not that far away 🙂 We will still offer the ground beef special (buy 5, get 1) and 10% off all other cuts! (except bulk orders) We have another market ready steer to process so that is available for bulk purchase as 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or a whole.

We want to thank you for all your support over the past 10 years, I’ve loved getting to know you guys and feed you, and your gratitude and appreciation for the food we raised made it fun and worthwhile. That said, I’m super happy to be moving on to a life where I have time to do the things I loved to do before I let farming kind of squash all that. It’s nice to have some freedom already where the crops aren’t demanding constant attention.

I’ve been spending  a couple hours a day with the horses which is pretty much my favorite thing, and cleaning up all the stuff that was neglected over the years while we just worked non-stop. Fence lines,  windows, piles of things that accumulate that you don’t have time to figure out what to do with…it’s been so nice! We are both enjoying the relief, and gardening for 2 is really so much more fun. I’m still growing plants and I have lots of crops planted, at the rate I want to plant them.

I might send out another email or 2 in the future, who knows. January 4 Market

Happy New Year!! I’ll be at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market tomorrow until around 11.

Shane made all these white oak beams on the sawmill then never had time to do anything with them so they sat out in the weather for years, now they’re for the wood stove.

I have our Black Angus grassfed and grass finished beef in these cuts: ribeye, filet, NY strip, sirloin steak, skirt, flat iron, flap, philly, stew, osso bucco, short ribs, brisket, eye of round roast, chuck roast, sirloin tip roast, ground beef, soup bones and hot dogs with no added nitrates.

We still have the ground beef special – buy 5 lbs, get 1 lb free.

Not sure if I’ll be there next week or skip a week. Customers have been asking if we’ll be selling beef from the farm, so yes, BY APPT ONLY please, while we still have beef available. We don’t have a farm store so it will just be for pick up. Just text or call me to schedule that, 704.293.1777.
