I’ll be at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market tomorrow until around 11.
I have our Black Angus grassfed and grass finished beef in these cuts: ribeye, filet, NY strip, sirloin steak, skirt, flank, flat iron, flap, philly, cube, stew, osso Bucco, short ribs, brisket, eye of round roast, chuck roast, sirloin tip roast, ground beef, soup bones and hot dogs with no added nitrates.
I’m also trying to get rid of some of this wheat so I’ve been selling the 50# bags for $50 which is half off. Lowe’s has food grade 5 gallon buckets and the screw top for them (what I use) and wheat stores literally forever. Or something.
